Residence of Prasad
A budget home within 4.3 cents. Clients has a limited budget of 25 lakhs and they require a 3 bedroom house. The client was specific about the looks of the house and was concern that the limited budget shouldn’t interfere with the looks. To keep the cost down and cut down the cost of concrete, a blend of traditional and modern look is adopted. Some of the spaces were intentionally made with tile truss roofing so that a traditional touch is given with the contemporary façade.
