Residence of Sumitra & Abhi
The residence is for IT couples and their 6 year old daughter in a plot of 4.3 cents. Since the couples have been living in Bangalore for many years, their main demand was a small garden space with lavish front yard. Eventhough the site area was a limitation, to overcome the limitation, the plot has been raised to two levels, accomodating the car parkin at the road level and the front yard at its roof slab level giving ample front yard with a private garden space. Raising the plot also ave an advantage of more liht and venyilation inside the house as the site is surrouned by 3 storied buildings from all side.
